The year before I moved to the US — back in 2017–2018 — McCann Bucharest went all in on branded entertainment, with Coca-Cola and KFC leading the charge.

SEEN came out of a regional Coca-Cola pitch — and winning it — before rolling out as a vertical web series in more than 20 European countries. Soon after, SOCIAL ME launched as a limited series that opened the door to what became the KFC Cinematic Universe (this is real, they made many more after this one).

These two projects are exactly where I caught the bug for filmmaking and visual storytelling.
